Job Description

Join this growing eCommerce business at an exciting team as they look to expand their offering into the European and US markets after already achieving success. If youre experienced with eCommerce and looking for your next career move, either asan Executive or Manager, then keep reading.This role will be fundamental in helping this business hit their ambitious growth plans and theyre wanting to someone join the team who can match their ambitions. In essence, you will help take control of the eCommerce department with the support of seniormanagement, owning product listings and management on the likes of eBay, Shopify and Amazon seller marketplace.Main responsibilities of the eCommerce role:

  • Working closely with management
  • Taking ownership of product listing creation and management on eBay, Shopify & Amazon Seller Marketplace. Including copy, images, specifications, product recommendations & SEO
  • Liaising and managing projects with our in-house team and freelancers for content creation that will be implemented across sales marketplaces
  • Updating and maintaining consistent commercial pricing across all sales marketplaces, understanding our position against our competitors, nationally and internationally
  • Content Optimisation, working collaboratively with the product team to create A+ pages
  • Monitor daily marketplace Operational KPIs and prepare executive reporting
  • Maintaining Amazon Seller Central Account relationships: inventory management, pricing, account health, product returns and customer satisfaction
  • Developing emerging marketplaces from the ground up
  • Working with freelancers to create localised language content that will drive sales, resulting in top performing listings
What theyre looking for:
  • 2 years experience in a similar eCommerce-based role
  • Proficient In Google analytics
  • Previous experience in Amazon marketplace, eBay and shopify
  • Experienced in demand & supply planning as well as operations
  • Experienced in shipping/distribution
Nice to haves:
  • Shopify experience
  • Analytical way of thinking, focused on delivering strong commercial outcomes
  • Flexible, team player
  • Proactive and ability to show initiative
