Have you worked in general maintenance or labouring Do you have skills in the upkeep of premises and experience working in a school environment If your immediately available for work and need money for Christmas we have the role for you! We are looking to recruit a bubbly, outgoing and hardworking Caretaker to join the team on a temporary contract for one of our education clients based in Ramsbottom. Offering an immediate start, an amazing team, weekly pay of £10.37p/h, 37.4 hours per week on a rota working hours between 6am and 7pm and onsite parking! We are seeking applicants who LOVE working with children and young adults in a hands one role that keeps you active on site, you must have a Enhanced Child Workforce DBS check already active and in date. What will you be doing as a Caretaker Using your amazing maintenance skills to keep repairs, painting and re fitting of bulbs and fuses in order Having your keen eye to detail on ensuring bins and waste material is disposed of safely and hygienically To take up remedial action after break ins or damage to ensure the site is secure and safe To clear blockages, deal with burst of blocked pipes Enjoy keeping active with porterage duties, moving and setting up of furniture General fire and evaluation procedures adhering to fire alarm procedures We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience: Have worked in general maintenance, labouring or handyman roles You enjoy engaging with children and keeping them secure Youre up to speed on COSHH and regulations Have an Enhanced Child Workforce DBS Whats in it for you as a Caretaker Immediate start Weekly pay £10.37p/h Amazing team Opportunity to work with children 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday - no weekends!
