My client based in Rackheath are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis Answering requests for quotes speaking with new customers, by phone and email. A good telephone manner and literacy skills are desirable, to manage leads, quote, queries and bookings on their customer CRM System.
