Ensuring that customers tailored requirementsare fulfilled. In short, its about making the customer experience a memorable one for the right reason! You will be in the business of delighting customers, generating customer retention and an important flow of sales revenue. Skills Required:

  • Communication skills, especially listening, will allow you to achieve, more from your team.
  • Providing coaching to team members handling customers in difficult situations, so a more natural empathy rapport can be mastered - turning the ordinary experience into a special moment.
  • A passion for providing a great customer experience
  • The ability to motivate and inspire your team
  • Previous experience with CRM and telephone contact centre systems
