Job Description

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a CDMO managing, planning and tracking a portfolio of internal & external projects.Based out of our development centre, the successful candidate will ensure adherence to our PM framework executing projects in line with scope, customer expectations, time, cost & revenue. This is a crucial role in overseeing the development of key projects for our customers and requires somebody with specific experience working within a CDMO.Responsibilities

  • Act as main POC for then Development Centre to coordinate and progress RFQs.
  • Ensure close partnership and synergy across all multi-site projects.
  • Ensure adherence to company Project Management framework and tools to ensure cost-effective delivery, consistent delivery of all projects.
  • Act as main POC for external customers leading on client communications/updates.
  • Preparation and management of Project Charter for all new projects.
  • Preparation and maintenance of all PMO tools (project plan, communication matrix, risk assessment etc.)
  • Manage change throughout projects ensuring client requirements and suitably captured and that deliverables can be realised.
  • Liaise with functional leads in the leadership of client meetings in line with communication strategy to facilitate project completion.
  • Ensure minutes/actions are clearly captured/circulated.
  • Provide milestone completion and budgetary updates to the finance group to ensure tracking and delivery in line with budget plan.
  • Track revenue, manage invoicing process and facilitate weekly revenue meeting.
  • Support the Business Development Team to facilitate client meetings and grow the business within the Development Centre.
  • Ideal Candidate
  • Educated to degree level.
  • Practical experience using PMO tools and techniques.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Commercially astute with practical experience in managing projects to budget and timescale parameters.
  • Self-starter with the ability to motivate others when faced with challenges.
  • MS Project experience.
  • Candidates must have experience in Medical Device/Pharmaceuticals
