Job Description

Core responsibilities will typically include:
  • Complete all site surveys pre order stage (focus of this role is 75% pre-install)
  • Manage multiple new projectson time, on budget, and snag free.
  • Responsible for project materials procurement on or below budget, in line with agreed technical standards.
  • Manage and control project budgets, profit margins, and utilisation of resources.
  • Handover to and work closely with a PM once goods arrived on site for Installation.
  • Earn recommender feedback & repeat business from clients.
Expected Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
  • Demonstrable experience in project management, within project/contract/surveying.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to interpret architects drawings/plans.
  • Strong mathematical ability, commercial acumen and organisational skill.
  • Technically adept,and can manage multiple demands in a busy project environment.
  • IT competent (Microsoft 365).
  • UK driving licence holder.
Ideally:
  • CSCS card holder & NVQ relevant to trade.
  • A background of project management in glazing / curtain walling.
  • A recognised Project Management qualification.
