Job Description

An amazing new opportunity has started with a well-established and international creative design agency near Croydon, who are looking for a German speaking Brand Manager to join their dynamic team. As a Senior Brand Account Manager, you will be requiredto have outstanding communication skills in both German and English in order to work on a range of projects with the companys clients. You will play a pivotal role in developing, communicating, and implementing effective brand strategies for their clients.You will be responsible for managing a variety of projects from concept to market, ensuring the delivery of the companys vision, values, and strategy to the highest level.Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop, communicate, and implement effective brand strategies to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
  • Conduct market research to identify and analyse current trends in branding and design.
  • Manage projects from concept to market, creating brands for new products and packaging.
  • Deliver professional brand presentations to clients.
  • Strategically manage corporate clients brands, from development to brand guidelines creation.
  • Administer and run accounts, projects, and complete brands while maintaining client relationships.
  • Independently manage multiple projects from initial client brief to final approval.
  • Analyse, understand, and challenge client briefs, providing expert advice on timelines and requirements.
  • Act as a line manager for Junior Account/Project Managers and/or Account/Project Managers.
  • Oversee day-to-day management, performance monitoring, and annual appraisals.
About you:You will be required to be a flexible and professional individual, with excellent attention to detail and an excellent ability to manage workloads. An interest in artwork and design would be desirable, as well as experience in branding or project/accountmanagement.Profile:
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in brand management and project/account management.
  • Strong understanding of branding trends and design principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Previous experience managing and mentoring junior team members.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
  • Proficiency in organising and managing budgets.
  • Familiarity with print processes and cutter guides for packaging is a plus.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing business requirements.
