Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has opened up at a global packaging and design company near Croydon for a Bilingual Quality Control Manager. They are looking for someone with excellent time-management and communication skills, along with a high standard of writtenand spoken English plus one other European language. You would be responsible for proof reading and quality checking your own projects. Suitable for anyone with experience in quality assurance or proof reading, with good attention to detail and the abilityto work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. There is a strong emphasis training and support in order for you to develop your skills and work autonomously. This is a full-time office-based role that requires commuting to Croydon 5 days a week.Your responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out quality control checks of designs and artworks, along with the related admin.
  • Having an awareness of and following brand and compliance guidelines.
  • Efficient and friendly client communication in English and one other European language.
  • Providing feedback and writing reports to internal account managers.
About you:You are a reliable and meticulous individual with a good understanding of Quality control and able to manage your own workload. Any interest or previous experience in Art and Design would be advantageous as well as any proofreading or content checking experience.Profile:
  • Fluency in German, Spanish, or French and English language, written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in project management, proofreading, or quality assurance.
  • Ability to manage your own workload and take ownership of tasks.
  • Confident using MS Office as well as Adobe software.
  • Must be proactive, flexible, show initiative and able to stick to tight deadlines.
