Job Description

You will be working for a Top 50 global freight forwarder, with 97 offices in 26 countries, providing access to logistics professionals worldwide. We leverage enthusiasm, experience and resources to reduce costs, improve product availability and increaseresponsiveness throughout our clients global supply chains.Work hours - 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (flexibility in working hours and days may be required).Job PurposeCo-ordinate the Outlet department to ensure the workflow is continuous and supporting the agreed customers SLAs.Co-ordinate and update all systems so that all records are accurately and timely.Communication link between the Outlet team, Outlet supervisor, Managers and other 3rd parties to manage the flow avoiding any potential bottlenecks within a process/timeline.Job Duties Liaise with FC Departments for Retail outlets/Customer accounts/Samples prioritize workload. FC Store returns, using Java, AS400, and excel spreadsheets to receive/QA stock for T301, D333, D901 Wholesale returns, using AS400 for Big SOR customers and small independents. Liaise with QA department and Customer accounts, using AS400 Outlet picks from T301 spreadsheets, maintain the spreadsheets, and despatch to stores using Java Salesman Samples, using AS400 to book on, call picks, scan and despatch at required times, USING as400 Clearance/Jobbers request out of D901 using AS400 Cover the run of daily/Weekly stats in the Supervisor absence Use SAP and complete the excel spreadsheets. Re barcoding jobs as and when required Support Retail as and when required Support Wholesale as and when requiredKey Skills Strong Outlet/returns/samples knowledge experience in the logistics sector, (preferably retail fashion) Teamwork: Good co-ordination skills to ensure workload priorities are co-ordinated.
