Job Description

  • Are you a Chartered/Degree qualified Mechanical Engineer, looking to play a leading role as part of a Design/Engineering team in a market-leading business
  • Have you had a significant experience to Industrial Piping, Structural Steel, P&IDs
  • Have you worked with Written Schemes of Examinations (WSEs)
    • We are delighted to be partnering with a very well established business, who are undergoing significant capital investment as part of continued and ongoing expansion plans.The business are a market-leader within their field, and have a strong reputation within the industry. You will work alongside some very talented and qualified Engineering professionals - working closely with Senior Management and the wider Engineering/Design teams, with responsibility of producing/signing off technical drawings around structural calculations on steel work, vessels and pipework.We are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer who can demonstrate the following:
  • Must have a degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • A qualified Chartered Engineer (or working towards to Chartership)
  • Strong knowledge of Industrial Piping and Structural Steel.
  • Experience working within the Industrial, Engineering, Oil/Gas and/or Manufacturing fields.
  • Have experience with Written Schemes of Examinations (WSEs)
  • Knowledge of P&IDs
  • Knowledge/experience working with AutoCAD, Solidworks, etc
    • Keywords: Mechanical Design Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Chartered Engineer, MIET, CIET, CEng, MEng, Industrial Piping, Structural Stee
