Job Description

We also offer health and well-being benefits including our Employee Assistance Programme and Life Assurance.We are looking for a Project Manager to assume responsibility for the following:

  • Manage projects from concept stage through to completion and handover.
  • Liaise with the client and operations team on all project work.
  • Undertake site / project surveys and develop detailed work specifications.
  • Organise R&D surveys and other statutory survey works.
  • Facilitate and log temporary works approvals where required
  • Manage contractors and escort resources to deliver the site works
  • Ensure all project opportunities are assessed for commercial and safety risks and priced accordingly
  • Ensure projects are executed in accordance with all relevant safety legislation, including current CDM regulations
  • Manage all projects to be delivered within the agreed timeframe and budget
  • You must be able to demonstrate the following Qualifications and Experience:
  • Experienced in managing low value, high volume minor work projects (Essential)
  • Experiencing in communicating with and managing remote workers (Essential)
  • The ability to discuss with contractors on tender the full requirements and understand and deal with their comments (Essential)
  • Hands on knowledge of small building sites and regulations (Desirable)
  • Solid construction background with good understanding of all trades and methods (Desirable)
  • Working in complex and/or high security environments (Desirable)
