Systems Administrator - ServiceNowDerby, DerbyshireCompetitive Salary Plus Excellent Benefits (see below)Our client is a specialist provider of data centre, cloud, connectivity and voice solutions. With their own UK data centres, national MPLS network and many strong USPs, their portfolio includes colocation, cloud, connectivity, continuity and collaboration solutions.They are currently looking for a Systems Administrator to join their Architecture Team and develop and enhance their ServiceNow capabilities.In this varied role, you will provide software configuration and customisation including screen tailoring, workflow administration and automation, report setup, data imports, integration, custom scripting and third-party software integrations.As a Systems Administrator, you will:- Focus on system management and reporting and the quality of the data that underpins the operation- Manage ServiceNow weekly releases- Respond to feedback and feature requests from ServiceNow users- Triage, address and close support tickets- Define user training plans and create training content- Ensure compliance with relevant accreditations and regulationsTo join our client as a Systems Administrator, you will need:- To be a certified (CSA) ServiceNow Systems Administrator, ideally with at least two years’ ServiceNow experience- A thorough understanding of ServiceNow products, best practices and implementation guidelines- Excellent communication skills and the ability to alter messages to suit difference audiences- Strong analytical and organisational skillsExperience in a similar role would be beneficial, as would knowledge of reporting and data analysis tools.Other organisations may call this role SysAdmin, ServiceNow Systems Administrator, Certified ServiceNow SysAdmin, ServiceNow Specialist, Systems Engineer, or Technical Support Engineer.What are the benefits- Great learning and development prospects- Flexible working- Private healthcare and pension- 25 days’ holiday plus Bank Holidays and your birthday off- Childcare vouchers- Cycle to work scheme- £1,200 refer a friend bonus- Free wellbeing help and advice- Discounts on gym memberships, as well as hundreds of online and high street retailers- Save money on holidaysSo, if you’re seeking your next challenge as a Systems Administrator, please apply via the button shown.
