Job Description

Are you a Learning and Development professional, and are you seeking a new hybrid working jobCulture Recruitment Group is helping a collaborative company recruit a L&D Consultant to be based in Derby, and the role comes with an attractive salary of up to £55,000.As a flexible L&D Consultant, you will be responsible for helping the clients employees knowledge base be the best it can be and will be responsible for the development of all colleagues.In your first few weeks in this Learning and Development Consultant role, you can expect to:

  • Responsible for design and delivery of training programmes
  • Design and develop effective training programmes to meet the needs of the business, co-ordinating and delivering programmes, ensuring effective evaluation is conducted
  • Monitor individual and team performance as evidenced through effective evaluation
To apply for this L&D Consultant role, you will need experience in the following:
  • Financial Services, in particular SMCR and in other areas such as Money Laundering Prevention, Data Protection
  • Experience of developing Managers and Leaders and creating High Performing Teams
  • Different learning styles and their impact on design, including e-learning
