I am currently partnering with one of Manchesters top Development teams in one of the fastest-growing Digital Tech Agencies who are looking for motivated and smart Graduate Developers (client success support developers) to join their team. For the last5 years they have been winning a ton of awards and are always a close contestant for the UK Best Digital Agency of the Year Award.This role is to join their client success team and they will look at Graduates from non-Computer Science backgrounds who have completed a degree in another course such as Maths or Physics and want the opportunity to break into the software development industry.You will be given the opportunity to develop within their client success team, supporting tickets, bug fixing and learning the basics of software development. They would fully fund and put you on their conversation course to teach you the basic principlesof software development and kick start your career. After the course you will be exposed to an amazing development plan that can take you from Graduate Developer to Senior Developer and all the way to Architect or Management positions.This role is based in Manchester with flexibility around remote working as you progress.This is the perfect opportunity for a motivated individual to start their career, as you will be exposed to some of the best development training on offer. The company offer 5 dedicated paid training days per year, subscriptions to multiple training sitessuch as Pluralsight, dedicated training and development plans and a senior development team always on hand to mentor.They are currently working on the .NET stack with modern technologies such as ASP.NET CORE, Angular and React.
