Job Title: Domestic Cleaning SupervisorTrust: Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation TrustLocation: Prestwich Sites, Greater Manchester - Based at The Curve, M25 3EQPayrate: £11.11 per hour plus enhanced pay for weekends and bank holidaysShifts: 30 hours per week - Monday to Sunday, including weekendsHours: 08.00-13.00 and 13.00-18.00 - Must be flexible to work either shift as requiredAbout the TrustThe Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust is made up of a wide range of services across Manchester and the Greater Manchester area. We employ over 6,400 staff and provide services from 109 locations across the Northwest of England, as well as working with people in their homes and local communities.Would you like to be a part of a team that works well together, always there to help each other If you answered yes, then Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust is the place for you.This is a Temporary RoleDuties which include:* Assist the Deputy facilities manager effectively manage the housekeeping department. * Maintain and improve the standard of the overall environment and services within the Department. * Together with the Team Leaders they will ensure that, Patient, staff environments are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards, and that the services to patients and staff provided via the department are provided effectively and efficiently.* Provide effective senior support to a group of staff and will require the appropriate people, co-ordination, communication, and collaborative skills to undertake this task effectively. * Assist the Team leader in providing a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors, and colleagues.
