This highly successful international company close to Swinton is looking to recruit a Customer Service Co-ordinator. About the role:Working as part of a busy team, you will be ensuring a range of high profile customers across the UK receive excellent service. The role will mainly administration based wit come aspects of customer contact as well as liaising with internal contacts. Dutieswill include: Supporting a range of customers Dealing with and responding to emails, web chat and incoming calls from customers Processing customer claims / GRN within the system Investigating all claims received and providing responses to customers Processing credit requests Managing, resolving and logging customer queries and complaints Contacting customers and suppliers where orders havent been received on time Skills and experience required:The ideal candidate will have experience in an office based customer service or administration role, possibly in a business to business role such as Sales Admin or Sales Support although this is not essential. You will also have day to day IT skills using Word,Excel and Outlook.
