Role PurposeTeam Manager is responsible forengaging and inspiring their team each day and setting direction in relation to theday to dayactivities and tasks. Ensuresthat team areguest obsessed,meeting targets, following standard operatingprocedures, driving continuousimprovement and ensuring that every guest & Owner on our park has a great time with memories that last a lifetimeTheRetail RevenueTeam Manager supports theHead ofActivitiesinmanaging anddeliveringafirst-classretail, gifting and vending operation and shopping experiencefor every visitor to our parks.Effectively leadingand coachingthe retail revenueteams,maximising profit and minimising loss,whileensuringall Health & Safety Requirements are met.Key ResponsibilitiesRole Modelling effective leadership behaviours and our vision and values at all times.Leads and coaches the team daily to ensure all areas of responsibility are covered, guiding all team members when needed and escalate issues to Heads of Department when required.Deals with any employee relations issues as they arise.Support team through90 dayinduction including completion of mandatory safe and secure trainingTakes ownership of shift and service delivery ensuring all team are guest obsessedConfidently deals with guest concerns with the ability to resolve problems, show empathy and understanding.Reacts toGuest Feedback andworkswith the team to respond quickly to address areas for improvementMonitors daily service and tasks, observing speed of service, arranging appropriate resource when neededAchieve and exceed targets and key performance indicatorsEnsure all team have the relevant qualifications and completedall training required for roleIdentifying and developing future talent in department ensuring all team have a relevant and effective PDPComplete relevant administrative tasks including Team Rotas, Accurate hours worked recording, safety compliance checks and legislativecompliance checks.
