Job Description

� Position: Learning Support AssistantLocation: Prescot, Liverpool Key Requirements:

  • Empathy and dedication to supporting children with additional needs.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to cater to the diverse needs of students.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to children with additional needs.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to implement personalised educational plans.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Assist in the day-to-day activities within the classroom.
  • Contribute to maintaining effective classroom management.
