Job Description

HR MANAGER100% Working from HomeCompany based in Prescott, MerseysideUp to £37,775 pro rata - 6-month fixed Term REED HR are currently working with a highly successfulcompany, who are recruiting an experienced HR MANAGERworking from home..If you have previous experience within a HR Manager,Senior ER Advisor, ER Officer, ER Advisor, ER Lead or HRBP and looking to for a home-based contract then send your CV in for immediate consideration ASAP!The role will be assisting and leading a range of people related projects as and when required.THE ROLE:

  • Supporting good employee relations by involving employee representatives as appropriate and maintaining contact to enable a proactive approach to HR support.
  • Supporting our People Managers to continuously improve divisional performance in line with the organisations performance framework.
  • Keeping up to date with developments in employment legislation and human resources best practice, knowledge sharing with the team to ensure continuous improvement in the service offered. Identifying and communicating these implications within divisionalteams as appropriate
  • Producing, analysing and interpreting management information taking action and making recommendations as appropriate.
  • Contributing to and supporting the continuous improvement of HR systems, practices and policies in the organisation, ensuring they underpin the company values.
  • Prepare and deliver management and staff briefings on a range of people related topics.
  • Leading the transfer process of staff (both in and out), ensuring the organisation complies with TUPE regulations and that any transition of staff is smooth and professional with people supported.
  • To provide a professional HR advisory service to staff and Divisional managers on organisational policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with statutory and legal requirements
THE PERSON:
  • CIPD Qualification
  • Experience of providing Human Resources advice to managers and staff that meets operational needs.
  • Managed multiple tasks and prioritised workload to match objectives.
  • Experience of practical problem solving and solving complex HR problems.
  • Experience of engaging with groups of staff in a variety of ways to actively seek feedback and offer support and Experience of designing and delivering training on HR related matters.
  • Experience of supporting TUPE transfers both in and out of organisation an advantage
