An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced individual to take the lead role in ensuring the effective use of e-Rostering and Temporary staffing.The postholder will be the manager of the E Rostering & Temporary Staffing Service and therefore responsible for managing and supporting the team in the proficient use of the system supporting all services across the trust. You will be the lead administrator of Health Roster and the bank system as well as confident in other NHS systems, meaning excellent IT and analytical skills are required as well as having the ability to problem solve. A knowledge of payroll input and report extracts is also essential to meet deadlines set by the payroll provider. They will be responsible for producing regular performance reports and facilitating the implementation and monitoring of effective roster management controls.The successful applicant will be passionate about promoting the benefits of Roster and will support in the delivery of a high standard of training and user support, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.The service currently operates 365 day a year to provide support to both substantive and bank staff within various clinical staff groups.
