Vehicle Technician / MOT TesterWirral, CH43Mon - Fri 8am to 5:30pm1-in-4 Sat mornings on rota 8:30am to 12:30pm£28,348 pa + uncapped bonus, OTE £34,000 pa£1000 welcome bonus on joiningRenault Wirral seeks a Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester to join our dealerships workshop. The role involves servicing and repair of cars and vans to the highest standards whilst maintaining optimal efficiencies and first-time fix.Ideal candidates will have Main Dealer qualifications from any automotive manufacturer and / or MOT Tester Certification.Candidates must hold City & Guilds or NVQ level III in Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, be fully equipped with own tools and hold a full UK Drivers licence in order to carry out diagnostic test drives.This role will be 40 hours per week operating Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm with 30 min lunch, plus 1-in-4 Saturday mornings on rota, 8:30am to 12:30pm.In return we offer a basic salary of £28,348 per annum. This comprises £27,400 pa for weekday work + £948 pa for 1-in-4 Saturday mornings paid at time-and-a-half.We operate a monthly efficiency bonus that is paid on top of this which add circa £4,000-£6,000 pa to your earnings.We are also offering a £1000 welcome bonus to the successful individual when offered the job on or before 16th September 2022 and commencing work by 19th October 2022. T&Cs apply.Overtime beyond the core hours is available: additional Saturday work is paid at time-and-a-half.
