We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Master vehicle technician to join the friendly team at our Wirral dealership based on Woodchurch Road, Prenton (CH43 0SE).The role will involve carrying out diagnostics and complex repairs on a wide range of vehicles including those from our core brands Renault, Nissan and Dacia in a large established workshop, part of manufacturer-owned Renault Retail Group. There is a key emphasis to fix first time, achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction and encourage customer recommendations.The main focus of the role will be on electronic system diagnostics and advanced mechanical repair work, such as clutches, engine repair, cambelts etc. You will be required to produce high quality work in a busy environment. There will also be a customer-facing element to the role as you will be assisting our Service Advisors in keeping customers abreast of diagnosis and work in progress on their vehicles. The Master Technician will also have responsibilities in assisting with management, guidance and development of junior technician colleagues.The successful candidate must have:
