Warehouse AdministratorPotters Bar£23,000 per annumWorking 7am-4pm, this includes some Saturday working, with time off in lieuThe Warehouse Administrator is an integral role to the team as youll be working closely with other departments to ensure efficient storage of fleet vehicles, maintaining health & safety compliance at all times.Day to day duties will include: Daily checks of the depot/warehouse ensuring housekeeping is maintained and H&S is followed at all times Carrying out safety checks for vehicles in line with guidance from Asset Management Team Refer and damaged vehicles to Insurance Team Complete health checks for all vehicles, checking oil and top up as required, along with checking lights, liquids, brakes and tyre conditions Help vehicle delivery drivers loading and unloading and reconcile accessory list against vehicle check sheet on delivery Supervision of all personnel, contractors and visitors whilst in depot/warehouse Support with large vehicle movements and parking management Stock control for all vehicle transfers at the depot/warehouse and vehicle key management Valeting quality control Picking hire vehicles and bikes placed on hire and charging electric vehicles prior to leaving the depot/warehouse Fire Risk Assessment AdherenceTo apply for this role, you must have confident communication skills, administration experience and be able to work in a fast paced busy environment.
