Job Description

A rapidly expanding luxury goods group is seeking a CICM qualified Credit Manager to join its vibrant HQ based in North London.

  • The overall management and development of a new Credit Control team
  • Regular ongoing monitoring of the accounts portfolio
  • Managing the monthly B2C account reconciliations
  • Ensure all debit/credit claims and queries are processed in a timely manner
  • Monthly presentations to the Head of Credit
  • Work closely with and support the Sales Team
  • Prepare and distribute aged debt, DSO and query management reports
  • Managing the debit note reporting and resolution.
  • Ensuring company credit and collections policies and procedures are adhered to.
    • To be considered for this job opportunity you MUST meet the following criteria:
  • CICM Qualified
  • Extensive credit control experience - including within a Retail / Wholesale / Consumer Goods environment
  • Impeccable communication skills
  • Able to work efficiently within a fast-paced retail environment
  • Adaptable to change; able to prioritise in an ever-changing environment
  • Extremely engaging and influential
  • Sociable, upbeat with a gsoh!
