Great opportunity to join an established company within the transactional team as a Billing Assistant based in Potters Bar. Hybrid working, with supportive company culture!Client DetailsThe client is an established business within the Health and Safety industry who are looking for a Billing Assistant to join the Billing team within the Potters Bar office. With programmes to promote personal well-being, they support your career path in developing your skill set to progress throughout the company in years to come!DescriptionAs Billing Assistant, you will mainly be responsible for:

  • Ensuring accurate and efficient billing across all Group Companies
  • Reviewing and processing manual credit and debit requests
  • Liaise and work closely with the Accounts Receivable Team on a daily basis
  • Any ad-hoc tasks as may be required by the Billing supervisor or other seniors within the finance team
ProfileThe perfect Billing Assistant will be:
  • Organised and efficient in handling daily tasks
  • Experience with Excel - basic proficiency at a minimum
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Billing
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • A team player
  • A great communicator
