Job Description

We’re looking for a self-motivated and proactive Showroom Manager to join our busy and successful team in Stockton on Tees.Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm and alternate Saturdays 8am - 12noon.About the role

  • To drive sales and margin within the showroom
  • To build and maintain good relations with customers
  • To identify & generate potential new business and sales leads to develop new business
  • General running of showroom and managing P&L.
  • Designing bathrooms and generating quotations
  • Lead a motivated and engaged team
  • To implement showroom strategy and meet set KPIs and targets
  • This is a great opportunity to join a growing and successful showroom and to become the subject matter expert with regards to showrooms’ and impart knowledge to the wider team. About youWe’re on the lookout for a highly organised, friendly and approachable individual with excellent communication skills and a real passion for great customer service, design and sales.Any previous experience as a Showroom Manger within a bathroom or kitchen environment would be welcomed. However, this is not essential as we welcome applications from Consultants or Advisors currently within a bathroom or kitchen designer role that is looking to take the next step in their career, as this role offers great opportunity for development.We are ideally looking for people that have gained experience within this bathroom or kitchen sector that has gained experience and a proven track record in proactive sales where you have developed new sales leads and business, as this will be a requirement for the role.About your development and benefitsWe aim to unlock your potential and equip you with all the skills required to move to the next stage in your career with us.
