Are you working towards your ACCA or CIMA qualification Better still, have you recently completed and received your qualificationYou will be strong, dynamic and able to work on your own initiative. You are not afraid to question a process or offer your ideas which have worked for you previously.You are part/newly qualified and are ready to take that next step up in your career to Management Accountant. Replacing your predecessor who has recently been promoted to Financial Controller after 12 years with the company, she will be at hand to show you the ropes. After all, it has been her baby. The previous FC has retired.You will have experience dealing with multiple company accounts as part of a group. Although this is not essential, but would be an advantage. You will spend 2-3 days on site away from the office, working closely with the management team of one of the companies. You will have excellent communication skills and are able to build good, strong working relationships with your colleagues.Youll be confident with preparing monthly management accounts, VAT reconciliations and returns. Along with processing purchase invoices, reconciling daily banking and dealing with any discrepancies you may find.This role will not give you the progression to be the Financial Controller, however it WILL give you personal development for you to gain experience and in time take on more responsibility within a stable, secure company.
