QA Certification CoordinatorWe are looking for an Aberdeen based detail-orientated QA Certification Coordinator who will manage the documentation requirements relating to products manufactured, serviced, and rented in the UK Well Intervention product line.Located in 11 countries across four continents, this leading technology company have a strong focus on quality assured products, supported by rigorous health and safety procedures. If you want to manage and support the company’s extensive quality proceduresAND be part of a great team, with a nine-day fortnight, look no further!Job Responsibilities• Support key processes such as Internal/External Audits, customer Releases, corrective and preventative actions and customer feedback.• Manage and review processes such as: certificates/declarations of conformity, assembly build lists, non-destructive testing reports, drift test reports, lifting inspection certificates, archive control for the local network.• Manufacturing documentation packages for all new parts, new builds, thru tubing and spares.• Witnessing of hydrostatic testing and co-ordinating with manufacturing and other internal departments to define and resolve product or service quality issues.• Assisting third party surveyor with resolution of anomalies for MSA locations.• Upload of goods in certification and raw material certification to HEDSS.• Liaising with relevant departments regarding certification or documentation issues.• Co-ordinating with Manufacturing and other internal departments to define and resolve product or service quality issues.• Involved in audits, including resolution of any associated CAR’s and PIR’s.• Supporting and driving the identification of root causes.Additional Responsibilities• Performing all duties in accordance with the company’s quality procedure and work instructions ensuring the highest standards of quality for all products and services.• A sound understanding of the company’s products and service.• Effective communicator, who can establish good working relationships.• Travel may be required on an ad hoc basis, so a degree of flexibility is required.
