Job Description

A specialist building products company based in Clevedon is looking for a Technical Sales Executive to join its team. You will be working for a very people-centric company that look after their people offering a fantastic culture that is both supportive and friendly. The office which has free parking onsite is close to shops, supermarkets and a café culture nightlife. The team enjoy monthly social events including BBQs on the beach and your birthday off!This position would suit someone who has had customer contact either face to face or via the telephone that has involved providing product specification. Suitable backgrounds might include internal sales professionals from a builders merchant, sub-contractor or a building product manufacturer. As a Technical Sales Executive you will:

  • Office based working closely with the team
  • Be the first point of contact for all inbound enquiries by phone, email or in writing from architects, main contractors and specialist sub-contractors / installers.
  • Provide information and advice on best practice based on product certification and data sheet information.
    • We are keen to speak to people about this Technical Sales Executive role with the following skills and experience:
  • Previous sales experience either face to face or via the telephone.
  • Experience providing customers with product specifications.
  • Knowledge of the construction / building products industry.
    • In return, you will receive a basic salary of up to £30,000 pa dependent on experience, 4 weeks holiday plus statutory holiday and your birthday off!
