Sales Manager - HousingPortishead, Bristol£34,891 - £38,185 per annum12 month fixed term contract - Maternity coverAbout the role:Our client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to join them.This is a key role for the business. You will sit within their Investments Team and support their mixed tenure development programme, providing homes for rent and shared ownership sale. You will manage a small team to ensure that their sales targets are met whilst providing a high quality, efficient sales service to their customers.About you:The ideal candidate will have worked within a similar role, within social housing or a similar background, and as such will have a good working knowledge of the property development market, in particular the Homes England Capital Funding Guide. You will have demonstrable experience in high value land negotiation and proven success in people/team management. You will also hold membership to a relevant industry body as well a management qualification.Above all, you will have a genuine interest in the work that they do and a passion to help them deliver an excellent support service.About them:Our client is a community based social housing provider operating in the West of England.
