Job Description

Job Title: Roofer Multi TradeLocation: North Somerset & BristolSalary: £28000 - £29000No. of positions: 1The Company:

  • Build recruitment are working on behalf of a housing association who are looking for someone with a good knowledge of repairs work within domestic properties, who is a Roofer but also has some experience in other trades.
Day to Day:
  • Work in unoccupied and occupied properties, meeting & talking with customers whilst working.
  • Ensure all works are carried out to a high quality, to trade standard and compliant with health & safety legislation
  • Be available to cover on rota the out of hours emergency repairs service.
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualification (Roofing)
  • Full driving licence
  • Ability to give high levels of service and adopt a right first-time approach
  • Awareness of health and safety
  • Experience of working without daily supervision
  • Its important you can work with quality and be professional and respectful to customers.
