Job Description

We are looking for a recruitment consultant to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in our end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing and screening candidates, posting jobs as well as arranging interviews.You will manage small to high volume recruitment campaigns in a variety of industries and if completing your targets, you will be rewarded with bonuses and commission on top of your basic salary. The position is ideal for someone starting, who would liketo grow rapidly within the company. No previous experience is needed as full training is provided but if you already have experience that will be a bonus!Salary: £19,000- £26,000 depending on experience plus commission, OTE £35,600Hours: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday ( hybrid work available)Benefits include:
