ICT Systems Analyst£32,628 - £36,253 per annumFull TimeFixed term contract of 24 monthsBristol, Portishead with the option of agile/flexible workingAbout the role:Our client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Systems Analyst to join their team to support a wide range of development projects.Your day to day duties will include:Service User SupportSupporting database-based business systems and interfacesTaking responsibility for the technical delivery of ICT projectsDeveloping and maintaining management information reports and dashboardsTesting and deploying system upgrades, patches and fixes as requiredProducing and maintaining appropriate documentation and user guides as requiredAbout you:The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:Knowledge and experience of business systems implementation, support, and development such as Civica Cx, Civica Coldharbour, Total Repairs and TotalmobileKnowledge and experience of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS), especially Microsoft SQL Server, of structured query language (SQL), and working with Microsoft SSIS and SSASKnowledge and experience of supporting, developing and implementing system interfaces, working with web service APIs, and the development applications using programming languages such as C#Understanding of Prince2 and Agile project management methodologiesExperience working as a team member to deliver projects or project work packagesIf this sounds like you then they would love to hear from you.About our client:They aim to make a difference to the lives of their customers.
