ICT Systems AnalystPermanent - 37 hours per weekSalary: Up to £37,341 per annumBased in Portishead with agile working.We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced ICT Systems Analyst to join our team, completing activities such as the maintenance, development, and security of our business systems.As our 3rd level service user support, you will keep users updated on the progress of their queries and resolve them efficiently. You will produce appropriate documentations to support these queries alongside extracting and manipulating data for the creationof management information reports.You will also work on and take responsibility for ICT projects and implement and support these and existing business systems.About you:You will be a team player, working with your team to deliver projects and you will have experience in a customer focussed environment.You will have knowledge and experience of business systems implementation, support and development working preferably (but not essentially) with Civica, Total Repairs and Total Mobile.A good problem-solver, you can apply appropriate processes, tools and techniques to your business system implementations.For further information on the Management systems and tools we would need you to be familiar with, please see the attached Role Profile.If this sounds like you then we would love to hear from you.
