* Bristol - Somerset* Front End & Optimisation* Office BasedFront End Web Developer * £45k-£50k* Portishead - SomersetAre you an experienced Front end developer/Website Optimisation Manager looking to join a growing and successful company.Ideally, youll be enthusiastic, self-motivated, hard-working and able to hit the ground running within a fast-paced environment.(The role is HYBRID - office in Portishead with 2 days a week WFH).Looking for someone who has the knowledge and experience to plan and improve website strategies and constantly be on the look-out for potential improvements in line with marketing priorities.Front End Development Experience is essential.Technical Skills;* Html* JavaScript* CSS* CMS - Contentful / GraphCms / Hygraph / DatoCms or equivalent* APIs & graphQlGood to have;* E-commerce experience* SCSS* TypescriptKey responsibilities include:* Building and designing web pages, landing pages, forms etc on BigCommerce* Offer website technical support and implement font-end related tasks / bug fixes* Responsible for implementing all marketing and tracking tag / script deployments using GTM (Google Tag Manager)* Creating and implementing bespoke landing page design variants to run split A/B & MVT test using CMS and CRO tools* Responsible for implementing all redirects / code changes on website adhering to SEO best practice.* Being responsible for technical delivery of projects within time constraints* Participate in weekly meetings with marketing team to decide on website development priorities* Creation of Widgets / forms for deployment on partner sites* Manage, report, and analyse website data, to inform web strategies and make recommendations to drive website performance.* Driving improvements to functionality and customer journeys via testing in order to deliver enhanced conversion rates.* Supporting the marketing team on website updates / builds adhering to SEO best practiceSo if you have at least 2 years of Front end development/Website management experience (ideally with a strong marketing background) then please send your cv through asap!Website managementBigCommerceMarketing
