Job Description

Commercial Finance ManagerDue to excellent growth and performance we are recruiting a commercial finance manager to join and lead an SME business services company based in Portishead with hybrid working.You will be working with a number of stakeholders to report their financial information as well as supporting forward facing business decisions and strategy.You will be responsible for:

  • Leading, developing and coaching the finance team
  • Commercially supporting clients and decision makers with forward facing business decisions
  • Producing and reviewing budgets, forecasts, reports, analysis, management and stat accounts
  • Ensuring deadlines and objectives are met across the team
  • Customer facing
You will have the following skills and experience:
  • Excellent communication skills both in person and written
  • CIMA or ACCA Qualified
  • Experience in a rounded or commercial finance role
  • Hard working and self starting
  • Able to support, train and develop a team
