They are entrepreneurs that help company owners, self-employed, contractors, content creators and influencers by connecting them with skilled professionals in multiple areas to assist with their every need.You will offer services such as accounting, payroll, mortgages, pensions and insurance or it could be concierge type services such as luxury accommodation, yacht or aircraft charter, personal chefs, event management, VIP tickets and lifestyle management.The primary goal for this Client Relationship Executive, is to ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.What we are looking for:An ambitious person who can be flexible, dynamic, work on initiative, a people person. Your clients are extremely diverse, we need people who can be the same. No two days are the same.Duties:* Outbound calls to incoming leads to either set appointments or onboard new clients* Establishing strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, expectations, and concerns.* Effectively communicating with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any issues.
