About the Role:Their next Business Systems Trainer will be a trusted expert in their field and bring their skills in training planning, design and delivery to drive their high performing teams to further success.Their main tasks will include:
  • Developing training programmes, including session plans, face to face delivery content and supporting resources, ensuring activities and resources are fully aligned with corporate processes, values and ways of working.
  • Delivering programmes in appropriate formats - including face to face classroom or 121 coaching, floor-walking, e-learning, as well as blended approaches.
  • Building and maintaining a clear understanding of current and new business systems throughout the organisation, in order to effectively advise and train others in their use.
  • Acting in a Train the Trainer capacity to build coaching/training capability within teams, supporting a decentralised approach to systems training where appropriate (eg inductions, system upgrades).
About you:You will hold CIPD Certificate in Training Practice (CTP), Certificate in Learning and Development Practice (or equivalent related qualifications) and have knowledge and experience in using eLearning Development software such as Articulate360, Adapt or similar.You will have operational experience in a similar role and be able to work enthusiastically and collaboratively with all colleagues across the business.With strong verbal, written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, you will have a high level of IT literacy and be able to manage your own time efficiently.Closing date: 16th January 2022Interview date: To be confirmed
