Recruiting for a Team Administrator to join their offices in Portishead, North Somerset on a full time, permanent basis.LocationPortishead, North SomersetWorking HoursMonday to Friday. 9.00am5.00pm with 30 minutes lunch breakJob Role A Team Administrator is responsible for the administration of any projects the company undertakes, including the Building Regulation applications and all other associated duties. They are the first point of contact for all clients and work directly with all of the surveyors in the team they are responsible for. The role will involve daily contact with the surveyors within your team and you will be responsible for organising and prioritising your own workload with support from the senior administrator and your team leader.Main Duties Assisting surveyors with their daily duties i.e., fee quotes, initial notices Printing plans and setting up project files Producing formal letters Setting up new projects Issuing notices and certificates to clients, Local Authorities and statutory bodies Filing site inspection reports Creating site files for larger projects Filing acceptance and rejection notices Booking site inspections Dealing with telephone queries General filing of project files Archiving project files Scanning project plans and documentation Dealing with all incoming and outgoing post Assisting all staff with any ad-hoc tasksThe TeamThe service is divided into five technical teams, each responsible for a geographical areaBristol and South West, Tewkesbury, Birmingham, London and Leeds, together with centralised administration support team.Supervision and Work PlanningThe post holder will be responsible to their allocated team of surveyors and work allocation/prioritisation will be provided on a daily basis from the team leader for the area surveying team. Team administrators will be expected to work closely with the surveyingteam they are allocated to.The surveying team leader will hold annual PDPRs with the post holder to set and discuss performance targets and review their training manual and competencies.Required Previous Administrative experience, within an office Competent IT user with Microsoft Office packages.
