Job Description

Pobl means People and people really are at the heart of everything we do. We support some truly amazing people to live positive, independent lives in their own home and help get them where they want to be in life.You will be involved in all aspects of day to day support for our clients, including;

  • Accompanying them on shopping trips
  • Helping them to enjoy their favourite crafts
  • Supporting and prompting with medication
  • Meal preparation
  • Laundry and cleaning
  • Support with some personal care
  • Supporting clients to maintain relationships with friends and family
  • Attending social activities like Bingo
  • Providing social and emotional support
