They have an innovative approach to design, and consistently create high quality builds and have continued to grow during the pandemicand have some exciting projects coming up. Due to this expansion, they are looking for a Pre-construction Manager to join their team.In this role you will be tasked with managing an opportunity from quotation through to contract award. This will include strategy development, solution development and value proposition. The main responsibilities of the Pre-construction Manager will includethe introduction and implementation of all procedures and processes. You will have full autonomy and be tasked with leading the commercial team to deliver on business plans. The ideal candidate would be a Pre-construction Manager with experience managing projects and processes from tender right through to completion, either in the modular build or traditional construction sector.
