Great Law Firm with offices in South Wales require an Administrative Assistant for their Conveyancing team to cover maternity leave. This highly respected firm is seeking to employ a highly professional individual who will be the first point of contactfor clients and other parties communicating with the firm. Experience in a conveyancing administrative role is required as is the ability to build good relationships with colleagues and clients alike. The successful person must have the ability to work well under pressure and be able to remain calm in a busy environment. Duties will include but not be limited to: * Front of House - reception duties * Opening files in accordance with procedures * Credit checking new clients * Liaising with clients through email, telephone or face-to-face. * Data input to the Case Management System * Checking ID for money laundering purposes * Scanning and photocopying * Drafting documentation * Any other duties required by the firm.A highly competitive salary and great working conditions are on offer, as is a friendly team and a good work / life balance.
