Job Description

Paint Sprayer

  • Starting basic salary up to £15per hour depending on experience
  • Extremely generous uncapped incentivised bonus structure to be discussed further upon application.
  • Overtime subject to availability paid at standard rate.
  • 20 days annual leave plus the 8 the bank holidays, increasing to 25 days over continuous length of service.

Our Client, a busy Automotive Accident Repair Centre in Pontypridd, is seeking a skilled Paint Sprayer to join their busy bodyshop.For your hard work as a Paint Sprayer with our Client, you will be rewarded with a salary of £35,100 basic.The hours of this Paint Sprayer role are 45 hour week Monday to Friday with some flexibility on start/finish times.Skills and Qualifications required of a Paint Sprayer:
  • Previous working experience within a Paint Sprayer role
  • The ability to work to a high standard with an up-to-date knowledge of the latest vehicle repair techniques
  • ATA would be beneficial
  • Fully Qualified Paint Sprayer to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
  • Self-Motivated and a good team player
