Job Description

We are looking for a Service Co-ordinator to join our team at our Treforest Customer Support Centre.As part of the team you will be responsible for the co-ordination of Engineers to ensure effective Customer service delivery.Main duties of the role:

  • Answer service calls in a swift and efficient manner, obtaining customer order numbers or alternative authorisation when required.
  • Co-ordinate and plan service work, be it SMT or customer driven to ensure cost effective completion.
  • Open service jobs and close them in a way that explains the material and labour costs for effective invoicing.
  • Organise planned services and inspections, keep records using the Maintenance Planning System and be proficient in the interpretation of Time Guides and technical information to close jobs in accordance with the guidance.
  • Flag up any anomalies regarding costs incurred on jobs.
  • Use available information and knowledge to find additional work opportunities for service and repair.
