Our client is passionate about giving children the best start therefore seek to provide the highest standard in the early years. They believe that all childrenin Wales have the right to Welsh-medium education, they will do this by delivering support so the children can follow a smooth and confident journey to Welsh-medium education.The ideal candidate will be a fluent Welsh speaker and the experience of working in a busy Nursery. This being ideal but the nursery is willing to bring in the right person with the willingness to learn and develop personal skills.Role and Responsibilities:• Ability to build relationships.• Knowledge of school strategies.• Patience and empathetic approach• Provide care and attention.• Able to review progression of children.• Keep a strong communication with faculty and parent/guardians.What do we need from you• NVQ• DBS• Experience working in a nursery environment.What you need to register with Reed:• Hold the Right to Work in the UK.• Possess an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with online update service or be willing to process a new application.• Have a valid EWC membership or willingness to apply.• Provide 5 years relevant references.InterestedPlease apply with your most recent CV including all relevant experience to the role, a designated consultant will then be in touch to discuss your application further.
