Job Description

Multi-Skilled Maintenance EngineerSouth Wales21224/534No weekends£37,500 + excellent benefitsAn internationally distinguished group, specialising in fast moving consumer goods is looking for an experienced maintenance engineer to add to its growing team. Currently undergoing a large investment and expansion, this company offers a variedrole including project work and will provide an excellent challenge for a career minded maintenance engineer.An electrically biased, multi-skilled maintenance engineer would be ideal. Role & Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining automated production machinery
  • Electrically biased, multi-skilled role
  • Working on breakdowns and PPM
  • Project work including new line installation and upgrades
  • Equipment on site includes drives, conveyors, pumps, valves, pipework, steam equipment, single and 3 phase electrics, PLCs and SCADA, inverters etc
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
  • Time served, multi-skilled background, preferably with a electrical bias
  • ONC level or equivalent experience
  • Ideally Qualified to 18th Edition Electrical Wiring Regulations
  • Experience in a food or chemical process environment is beneficial
Benefits Package:
  • £37,500 + excellent benefits
  • overtime available (1.5 x week and 2 x weekend)
  • 24hr callout one week in five (Guaranteed on-call payment + hourly salary if called out)
