The role involves maintenance work on long term contracts at various sites throughout South Wales, predominantly at commercial and educational properties including office accommodation and education establishments for local authorities and Welsh government.You must be a self- starter, possess good communication skills and be competent in producing detailed and accurate reports of works done and materials used etc.If you are an experienced, qualified carpenter who can perform tasks including first and second fix, plaster board, tape and jointing, door hanging and skirting boarding, along with other ad-hoc tasks as may become necessary then you will be of interestto us.A full, clean driving licence is essential, Asbestos Cat A or B and IPAF certificates desirable but not essential.Must be prepared to undergo a DBS check.Current CSCS card along with other health and safety qualifications would be preferred but not essential.Hours: 08:00 to 16:30 Monday to FridayWe are fully operational 24/7, 365 days per year and you will be expected to participate in our emergency call-out rota in support of our client base, which is rewarded by salary enhancement..Benefits: Competitive salary, paid holidays, company vehicle and company mobile
