Are you looking for a new opportunity within a welcoming and nurturing team Are you Level 3 qualified with room /staff management experienceOur client based in the CF38 area are seeking a Deputy Leader to join them on a permanent, full-time basis.Candidates must be Welsh speaking as they are a Welsh only stream day Nursery. If you are a Welsh language learner thats fine, our client is ableto offer Welsh courses for free if they need to strengthen your language skills/knowledge.Duties:- Help supervise, support and lead a team of nursery staff members- Create and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum for children- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the nursery- Maintain a clean and organized nursery environment- Communicate with parents regarding their childs progress and any concerns- Collaborate with other nursery staff to plan and coordinate special events or outingsQualifications and Requirements :
