Transport for Wales - Graduate SchemeRole: Commercial and Customer Experience GraduateLocation: PontypriddAt Transport for Wales (TfW), we have big plans to transform the Welsh transport network. Its our vision to connect communities, create jobs and make travel across Wales and the borders more accessible than ever. Thats where you come in.On this scheme, youll blend formal learning with practical experience. Youll get great insights into everything from commercial strategy, right through to customer experience. And by working closely with project teams and stakeholders, youll quickly buildyour professional network. Well also support you to manage different elements of a project lifecycle. So youll gain experience with things like project scope, finances and contracts.Throughout this two-year course, youll work towards achieving a professional qualification. As part of your learning, youll take part in six practical development workshops and four webinar sessions. Plus, youll combine your academic and practical learningto deliver a personal project that contributes to TfW.To apply, youll need experience of delivering team projects and a degree in a relevant area like Business Studies, Business Management or Operations Management. Thisll be backed up by your ability to balance your workload and take your own initiative.With excellent communication skills, youll really enjoy working with others.
