Job Description

As the Pontypridd based Sales Administrator you will be required to undertake all general day to day administration such as raising sales orders. You will also been working alongside logistics/exports departments to ensure smooth process of delivery.Client DetailsMy client is a well established industrial business who have operated in numerous markets globally. My client has their employees interests at heart with everything they do, as such, pay a £2000-£4000 bonus to all employees annually.DescriptionThe key responsibilities of the Pontypridd based Sales Administrator are:General Reception duties, answering incoming calls and mail distribution.Raising bulk purchase orders as and when required.Dealing with Customer queries and enquiriesSales Order Processing, Planning, and coordinating UK bulk distributions via road freight movements.Generating all UK road transportation documents, such as delivery notes and DGNs.Sales Invoicing Processing Monthly Deposit Invoicing Arranging customers returns.Cover in Export Dept for annual leave purposes.ProfileEssentials skills/experiences to be successful in becoming the next Pontypridd based Sales Administrator:* Multitask-er* Organised with high attention to detail* Excellent keyboard / accurate data entry skills at high volume and fast paced* Road route planning Basic/Intermediate in Excel* Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.Ideally from a Manufacturing / Logistics / Import- Export/industry background. * Business Central systems knowledge advantageous but not essential.Job OfferThe successful candidates who becomes the next Sales Administrator can expect:
